The principal at Fallingdale

the staff lounge. He thinks it's "the best!" (And we think he knows what he's
talking about!)

Hi:
I received my furniture this afternoon and am looking forward to filling the shelves with books and getting the entertainment centre organized!
I just wanted to say that the two fellows who delivered the furniture this afternoon were most friendly and courteous. I don’t think I’ve had such a great delivery experience before.
Thanks again for all your patience and assistance. I think my father is going to be in touch with you to order my next piece as a birthday/belated Christmas present…. I just keep expanding my Crate collection!

Hi,
We just received our mission style bunk beds. We ordered them from Square One....a bit over a
week ago...and got them delivered TODAY....what service!!!
I must say...your staff as well as your delivery men were simply super. Our kids totally love their queen size bunks.
Your beds are worth the price and I commend you for having a great staff....that was very
courteous and friendly.
GOOD JOB Crate Designs. We will definitely be repeat customers!!!

Hello,
my name is Maria. I am not sure who the person is that receives
these emails….I am hoping it is directed to the owner of Crate
Designs.
I am not sure if you remember me…if you don’t by the name alone, you
will remember me vividly when I tell you that you drove hours to our home
just before the holidays to deliver two trundle mattresses. I
can’t tell you how badly we felt about the misunderstanding. I can
tell you with all sincerity that it was not intentional…had I known that
the existing mattresses I had would not fit on the trundles, I would have
included the trundle mattresses when I ordered the two trundle beds.
I want to let you know how much we appreciated that you went out of your
way to come and deliver them personally, especially during such a busy
time like Christmas. We had a full house during the holidays, and
everyone slept comfortably, thanks to your efforts. It is rare to
receive that kind of quality and personal service, which makes what you
did even more exceptional. That combined with an excellent product
will keep us coming back, and we will continue to highly recommend Crate
Designs.

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that we are so pleased with our new bunk bed set with trundle bed.
We met a terrific salesperson at The Cottage Life Show last fall and she spent lots of time with us while we decided on what we needed for our new cottage.
We were also given a beautiful throw as part of the sale and I was so happy when they remembered to put the throw in with our order since it was a number of months later that we had the beds delivered because our cottage was not ready at the time of purchase.
All in all our experience with your company was very pleasant and professional. You are doing a great job!! Keep up the good work. I have already told several people how happy we are with your company.

"Fantastic wood furniture - can't beat the price or service! Crate
Designs has some of the best wood furniture I have ever seen. My husband
and I recently re-furnished our cottage living room with furniture from
Crate Designs, and we couldn't be happier. It has that 'cottagey' look,
while still being very classy - and the quality is excellent (doesn't
scratch or pick up water marks easily). The price was excellent for what
we got, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will be going
back to Crate Designs for my next re-decorating project."
